A very depressed young lady was considering suicide. She climbed to the top of Tower Bridge with the intention of throwing herself into the Thames. While she was standing there a sailor came over and engaged her in conversation. Eventually he talked her out of killing herself and persuaded her to go with him to South American, stowed away on his ship.

“I will make you the happiest woman in the world,” he promised, “We will start a new life in Brazil.”

She agreed and that night the sailor hid her on a life-boat on his ship. Every night after that he brought her food and drink and they had sex until dawn. Finally, after three weeks she was discovered by the captain.

“What are you doing on board my ship?” he demanded.

“You don’t understand,” she replied, “I have an arrangement with one of your sailors. He’s taking me to Brazil and he’s screwing me.”

“He certainly is,” laughed the captain, “this is the Dover to Calais ferry!”
